Kelli Troutman, Director of Communications and Community Relations of LUBA Workers’ Comp, is among the 40 newly appointed members of the inaugural LABI-ELC. Troutman was identified for this role due to her involvement in the workers’ comp industry and her commitment to making Louisiana a great place to live and work.  At LUBA, Troutman directs the company’s advertising and public relations initiatives across its four states of operation; Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, and Arkansas.  She also oversees its community giving program.

“Kelli, along with the other members, are making a difference in our state,” said Stephen Waguespack, President of LABI. “Improving the community where we call home is a shared passion among this select group and I am excited to begin working with them.”

Troutman is a board member and executive committee member for the Louisiana Art and Science Museum (LASM) and previously served as the host committee chair for their annual gala. She is a board member of Karnival Krewe de Louisiane, which benefits cancer research and patient care in the Baton Rouge community.  She is also a member of the Advertising Federation of Baton Rouge.
