Message from the CEO

Thank you for visiting the LUBA Workers' Comp Web site!

We set out over 20 years ago to serve Louisiana businesses, founding our company on a model for steady, controlled growth. And though we’ve become one of Louisiana's largest workers' comp providers, we’ve never wavered from those principles.

Our success has come through aggressive claims management, active loss prevention and disciplined underwriting – all of which has led to even lower loss ratios. We've shared our financial success with our policyholders, returning dividend checks every single year since 1994. Now that's Genuine Dependability!

We constantly seek new and better ways to support our policyholders, our agents and our community. I hope you'll find this site a valuable resource in your day-to-day business. Please don’t hesitate to contact me directly with questions or comments. We welcome and look forward to your feedback.

Sincerely,

David Bondy,
Chief Executive Officer
